| New County Record - one came to light at Commins Coch (PRW); the first record for north Wales. The species is associated with oak trees. 23-07-16 |
New County Record - an individual was caught on a warm night in Middletown (DBo). This 'nationally scarce B' species is reputedly expanding its range, so this might represent a resident individual. It is probably more likely to be a migrant, however. The moth was caught during a period of migratory activity and this species is known to travel from continental Europe in large numbers. 23-07-16 |
